Shiv Charan Singh
Shiv Charan Singh is a renowned teacher of Kundalini Yoga (since 1980) and founder of the Karam Kriya School (1996) and Quinta do Rajo. He currently travels around the world teaching Karam Kriya – Consultancy Training based on a study of numbers through life and life through numbers. He has written five books on this topic, including a poetry book and sees people daily in his practice as a counsellor. Shiv Charan Singh is on the advisory board for KYTA UK.
Satya Kaur is co-founder and director of the International Karam Kriya School (UK), the Mother’s Journey (UK), Quinta do Rajo (PT) and Associação Ram Dass Guru (PT). She was a midwife for 9 years and currently shares her knowledge of yoga and female issues through trainings and Red Tents internationally. She has been teaching Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, for 30 years and currently trains teachers at Levels I and II. Satya is the author of “Yoga, Kundalini & Eu” a Portuguese yoga manual. She is well known for her pragmatic approach to teaching through Myth-a-Drama and healing through ritual.
Angad Kaur is a Professional Trainer, Level 1 course organizer, consultant and trainer in Karam Kriya – the spiritual science of numerology, and a Sikh Chaplain. She offers spiritual counselling, kundalini yoga and meditation in hospitals, psychiatric units and recovery centres with a specialist interest in mental health, spiritual awakening, addiction, death & dying. Since 2015, she’s been training in Kundalini Medicine, offering consultations incorporating yoga therapy and numerology. After 25 years working in the artworld, she regularly mentors artists and runs workshops exploring topical life themes.
Suhab Kaur, PhD, has been practicing Karam Kriya and Kundalini Yoga since 1995 under the guidance of her spiritual teacher Shiv Charan Singh. She is a Professional Trainer teaching in London and internationally, and a Karam Kriya trainer and consultant. Between 2011 and 2016 Suhab served as secretary of the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association in the UK, and since 2016 she has worked with her teacher to develop the curriculum of the new Karam Kriya for Kundalini Yoga (KK4KY) course, which she is currently coordinating and co-teaching in London and across Europe. Suhab is also a musician and interdisciplinary artist researcher, and has participated in exhibitions and collaborative projects worldwide.
Raghurai Singh (MSc, BA Hons.) is a Professional Teacher Trainer (Level 1) currently mentoring for Level 2 with the Karam Kriya School. He has been teaching Kundalini Yoga classes and workshops since 1999. He teaches Kundalini Yoga: Chair Based for the Golden Age at the 2nd Half Centre, St Charles Hospital in London. He works as a counselor and consultant of Karam Kriya – the spiritual science of numerology. He’s a trustee for The Guru Ram Das Project where he coordinates charitable events.
Siri Sadhana Kaur
Siri Sadhana Kaur teaches and encourages others to experience themselves as joyful instruments of expression and transformation. Performing internationally for many years she developed in voice, music and movement, and studied in Paris with the innovative movement master Jacques Lecoq. She runs a weekly Aquarian Sadhana and monthly Gong in Kings Cross and performs Kirtan and musical events touring festivals. Siri was a core organizer for ‘The Great British Kundalini Yoga Festival’ and continues to produce other healing events in the UK. Siri teaches Dance, Kundalini Yoga, Singing, and leads acapella choirs sharing world music and mantra. Currently she is an Associate yoga trainer with the Karam Kriya School and recently recorded her fourth music and mantra CD ‘Aloka’s Grace’.
Simranjeet Kaur is an Associate Trainer, Level 1 trainer and course organiser, trained in Kundalini Yoga Therapy. Her training is complemented with her unique experience as a retired London Senior Police Detective. Bringing with her 30 years of exposure to humanity in its rawest form. Author of ‘ Releasing Trauma Living with OneSelf’ sealed by Kundalini Research Institution and accredited by the Complementary Medical Association. Simranjeet teaches on trauma, PTSD, stress, healing sexual violence and domestic violence, from a yogic prospective. A Mother and Wife, she teaches many women how to balance the demands of modern-day challenges, to empower themselves, living a happier healthier life.
