Synchronize to the frequency of the Infinite

Sunday 21 February, 4-6.30pm online with Suhab Kaur
You are welcome to join the GRDP & Suhab Kaur for a special online workshop in preparation for our post-lockdown ‘live’ re-engagements with the world. In this workshop we will explore the science, language and practice of Pratyahar, and its relevance in the present time, through presentations, meditative conversations and the practice of specific Meditation Kriyas.

Though not fully discussed in Yogic literature, Pratyahar (from Sanskrit prati, against, and ahara, food) is a central component of Patanjali’s Sutras, the fifth limb and the crucial link between the ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ aspects of Yoga. Yogi Bhajan describes Pratyahar as the analytical science of tuning into the frequency of the Infinite, a special kind of dedicated devotion and mode of communication which provides guidance and pathways through every life situation, however challenging it might seem. What does it mean, and how does it feel like to experience this frequency in our minds, our senses and our whole being?
