THE SCIENCE AND LANGUAGE OF PRATYAHAR
Synchronize to the frequency of the Infinite
Sunday 21 February, 4-6.30pm online with Suhab Kaur
Though not fully discussed in Yogic literature, Pratyahar (from Sanskrit prati, against, and ahara, food) is a central component of Patanjali’s Sutras, the fifth limb and the crucial link between the ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ aspects of Yoga. Yogi Bhajan describes Pratyahar as the analytical science of tuning into the frequency of the Infinite, a special kind of dedicated devotion and mode of communication which provides guidance and pathways through every life situation, however challenging it might seem. What does it mean, and how does it feel like to experience this frequency in our minds, our senses and our whole being?
