Shiv Charan Singh
Shiv Charan Singh is a renowned teacher of Kundalini Yoga (since 1980) and founder of the Karam Kriya School (1996) and Quinta do Rajo. He currently travels around the world teaching Karam Kriya – Consultancy Training based on a study of numbers through life and life through numbers. He has written five books on this topic, including a poetry book and sees people daily in his practice as a counsellor. Shiv Charan Singh is on the advisory board for KYTA UK.
Satya Kaur is co-founder and director of the International Karam Kriya School (UK), the Mother’s Journey (UK), Quinta do Rajo (PT) and Associação Ram Dass Guru (PT). She was a midwife for 9 years and currently shares her knowledge of yoga and female issues through trainings and Red Tents internationally. She has been teaching Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, for 30 years and currently trains teachers at Levels I and II. Satya is the author of “Yoga, Kundalini & Eu” a Portuguese yoga manual. She is well known for her pragmatic approach to teaching through Myth-a-Drama and healing through ritual.
Angad Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer, consultant in Karam Kriya numerology and a Sikh Chaplain supporting the process of death and dying. With many years experience teaching in outreach environments, she facilitates and mentors teachers to establish projects and classes. Since 2015, Angad has trained in Sacred Yoga Therapy and developed a consultation practice offering bespoke, individual support. She is a Director of 3HO Europe and works with the Guru Ram Das Project. After two decades working in the art world, Angad continues mentoring artists and maintains a passion for mystical poetry.

Siri Sadhana Kaur
Siri Sadhana Kaur is a Lead trainer. She has performed internationally developing in voice, theatre and movement, studying in Paris with the innovative movement master Jacques Lecoq. She organizes level 1 and level 2 Aquarian teacher trainings with the Karam Kriya school. For 2 decades she trained closely with the late Sobonfu Somé in Dagara tribe healing wisdom establishing the 2 year ritual healing village training in the UK with Sobonfu before she died. Siri continues to share indigenous technology integrating the whole self as a joyful instrument of expression and transformation. Siris touring schedule integrates live concerts, teacher trainings, Mantra Dance, Acapella singing, ceremony and yoga. As a mantra artist she has recorded 9 music + Mantra Albums. Suhab Kaur, PhD, has been practicing Karam Kriya and Kundalini Yoga since 1995 under the guidance of her spiritual teacher Shiv Charan Singh. She is a Professional Trainer teaching in London and internationally, and a Karam Kriya trainer and consultant. Between 2011 and 2016 Suhab served as secretary of the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association in the UK, and since 2016 she has worked with her teacher to develop the curriculum of the new Karam Kriya for Kundalini Yoga (KK4KY) course, which she is currently coordinating and co-teaching in London and across Europe. Suhab is also a musician and interdisciplinary artist researcher, and has participated in exhibitions and collaborative projects worldwide.
Raghurai Singh (MSc, BA Hons.) is a Professional Teacher Trainer (Level 1) currently mentoring for Level 2 with the Karam Kriya School. He has been teaching Kundalini Yoga classes and workshops since 1999. He teaches Kundalini Yoga: Chair Based for the Golden Age at the 2nd Half Centre, St Charles Hospital in London. He works as a counselor and consultant of Karam Kriya – the spiritual science of numerology. He’s a trustee for The Guru Ram Das Project where he coordinates charitable events.
Dr Adi Priya Kaur is a Professional Trainer and Emergency Medicine doctor. Her passion is to bring Kundalini yoga and western medicine together to help people synchronise physically, and spiritually. The discipline and beauty of kundalini yoga has inspired her physically, mentally, and spiritually. As a musician, she has begun recording, and playing in regular live and online concerts. Having studied the violin since a young age, she played regularly as part of an orchestra, performing in a variety of concerts.
Preet Kaur is an Associate Trainer and Co-Organiser of Glastonbury Level 1 with Angad Kaur. She is a sound healer, gong trainer, Karam Kriya Consultant and Sat Nam Rasayan Healer. She is a sacred singer and has produced two albums of devotional singing and mantras.
